📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and enterprise clients to enhance the adoption of Tenstorrent’s AI products and solutions.

• Engage directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to identify technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Partner with sales operations and product teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to the evolution of future product enhancements.

• Utilize extensive technical expertise in AI within a customer-facing field application engineering capacity.

• Investigate and challenge the limits of AI performance on custom silicon.

• Assist developers in optimizing AI workloads and constructing AI pipelines that can operate at scale.

• Refine large language models (LLMs) and enhance vision models.

• Transform on-the-ground customer insights into significant product innovations and platform progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong customer-facing abilities with over 5 years of relevant technical enterprise experience, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.

• Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.

• Solid understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal/power considerations, and infrastructure management.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology; employment offer may depend on citizenship or permanent residency status, or the ability to secure prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or relevant federal agency.
