Field Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with tax office leaders to facilitate operational initiatives, readiness efforts, and implementation activities.

• Collect and analyze feedback regarding processes, tools, and operational issues to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Assist in project execution by confirming readiness, monitoring action items, and addressing obstacles to success.

• Enhance communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve inquiries.

• Identify and disseminate best practices that foster consistency and operational efficiency across tax offices.

• Organize pilot programs and testing initiatives by supporting engagement, overseeing execution, and gathering feedback.

• Aid in change enablement activities, including readiness resources, leader involvement, and implementation assistance.

• Track adoption trends and operational performance to uncover risks, gaps, and areas for enhancement.

• Keep precise documentation concerning feedback, concerns, achievements, and follow-up actions.

• Engage in operational reviews and continuous improvement efforts to support future initiatives and planning activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.

• 3–5 years of experience providing outstanding customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment or similar setting.
