Field Admissions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a remote territory to enhance awareness and interest in WyoTech programs.

• Conduct presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings.

• Foster relationships with high school teachers, counselors, CTE programs, industry partners, and trade organizations.

• Identify and mentor exceptional students considering careers in the trades.

• Assist students and their families throughout the admissions and enrollment process.

• Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events.

• Collaborate with Enrollment Services and internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage pipelines utilizing CRM tools.

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in using Salesforce, presentation platforms, and Microsoft Office.

• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and driver license verification if offered a position.
