This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture robust, multi-tiered, long-term relationships with customers to enhance account engagement, satisfaction, retention, and recurring revenue.
• Increase Sartorius’ share of wallet within designated accounts by cross-selling and penetrating multiple products.
• Oversee the commercial phases of the sales cycle, encompassing proposal creation, negotiation, and finalizing commercial agreements.
• Coordinate Technical Sales participation for generating opportunities, validating technical aspects, and achieving technical closure.
• Recognize and cultivate growth prospects within designated accounts.
• Utilize Technical Sales for technical validation, conducting trials, and designing solutions.
• Promote the adoption of innovative and newly launched products, ensuring effective implementation and achieving targets related to new product introductions (NPI).
• Incorporate newly acquired customers into the assigned account base and identify new use cases in account plans.
• Utilize SFDC to ensure pipeline accuracy, document customer interactions, and facilitate precise forecasting and data-driven territory management.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of field sales experience in the life sciences or technical manufacturing sector, managing mid-sized or large accounts.
• Preference for candidates with bioprocessing, manufacturing, or MSAT experience.
• Strong commercial insight with a proven track record in negotiation, opportunity management, and account planning.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing a range of decision-makers and collaborating with Technical Sales to develop customer solutions.
• High proficiency in CRM systems (SFDC) for managing pipelines, forecasting, and data-driven sales strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve account objectives.
• Willingness to travel over 50% as this position is primarily focused on external customer engagement.
