This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Drive commercial growth across a selection of Biopharma accounts in Ireland.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the Dublin, Cork, and Limerick regions from a home-based position.
• Promote the Sartorius portfolio and services to meet sales and revenue objectives through both in-person and remote engagements.
• Identify key decision-makers, cultivate prospects, maintain leads in Salesforce CRM, and foster relationships.
• Oversee account relationships across various functions and levels of hierarchy, upsell, and enhance revenue.
• Provide initial support for technical and commercial inquiries.
• Discover new business opportunities within the Biopharma sector.
• Collaborate with Application Specialists, Order Process Management, Business Development, Sales Support, and Marketing.
• Execute account strategies to assist customers and capture market share.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, quotations, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Introduce innovative products and services, ensuring successful sales implementation.
• Strive for continuous improvement in customer relations.
• Travel frequently within the country and occasionally abroad.
• A BSc degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is preferred; a higher-level qualification would be advantageous.
• A solid understanding of the biotechnology sector and associated technologies.
• Relevant industry experience in R&D/manufacturing or process development with biologicals.
• Proven sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional record management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Creative problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing change.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Capacity to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
