This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist accounts in obtaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatments.
• Provide support, education, and access assistance to patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in the US and external partners.
• Enhance the experience for both patients and accounts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and address access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate and assist accounts regarding patient support services and product access.
• Contribute to strategic and tactical initiatives within the designated geographic area.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager along with 5–7 Account Managers.
• Comply with regulations ensuring patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Act as the escalation point for access issues in the field.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Partner with specialty pharmacies and HUB services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in eliminating non-clinical barriers to therapy access.
• Educate dermatology customers on Galderma patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs.
• Travel frequently and work at customer locations, healthcare settings, conferences, and company sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in dermatology and/or biologics is preferred.
• At least 2 years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.
• Demonstrated success in launching new specialty products and overcoming challenging access issues.
• Familiarity with utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Required cross-functional experience with a proven history of collaboration and coordination.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively and urgently.
• Must possess adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and the ability to pivot quickly.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; work authorization sponsorship is not provided.
