This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist accounts in accessing Galderma’s biologic treatments.
• Offer access assistance, education, and overall support to patients dealing with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.
• Enhance the experience for both patients and accounts.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access challenges faced by patients prescribed Galderma products.
• Educate and support accounts regarding patient support services and product access.
• Assist with strategic and tactical initiatives within the designated geographic area.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager along with 5–7 Account Managers.
• Comply with complex regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and access to care.
• Address field-based access issues as the escalation point for Sales Managers in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacies, and HUB services.
• Minimize non-clinical obstacles to patient access to therapy.
• Inform dermatology customers about Galderma patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs.
• Travel frequently and operate across customer sites, healthcare environments, conferences, and company locations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• More than 2 years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.
• Experience in dermatology and/or biologics is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching new-to-market specialty products and overcoming challenging access issues.
• Familiarity with utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Preferred experience in account management.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively with a sense of urgency.
• Adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and the ability to pivot quickly.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work at customer sites, healthcare environments, conferences, and company locations.
