Field Access Manager

📋 Description

• Assist accounts in accessing Galderma’s biologic treatments.

• Provide support, education, and access assistance for patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across US cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Enhance the patient and account experience.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access issues for patients prescribed Galderma products.

• Deliver information and education regarding Galderma’s patient support services and product access.

• Support strategic and tactical initiatives within the designated geographic area, aiding the Regional Sales Manager and 5–7 Account Managers.

• Comply with complex business rules to maintain patient confidentiality and ensure access to care.

• Resolve access issues in the field as the escalation point for Sales Managers in the assigned region.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team, Market Access, Patient Services colleagues, Specialty Pharmacies, and HUB services.

• Act as a subject matter expert in minimizing non-clinical barriers to patient therapy access.

• Educate dermatology customers on Galderma patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs.

• Travel to customer locations, healthcare settings, conferences, and company facilities.

• Report directly to the Field Access Director team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in dermatology and/or biologics is preferred.

• At least 2 years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.

• Demonstrated success in launching new specialty products and overcoming challenging access issues.

• Knowledge of utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.

• Preferred experience in account management.

• Required cross-functional experience with a proven history of collaboration and coordination.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of clearly articulating viewpoints to leadership and external customers.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively with urgency and confidence.

• Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and the ability to pivot quickly.

• Proficient in English and MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel regularly and work at customer locations, healthcare settings, conferences, and company sites.

• External candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
