Field Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist accounts in obtaining access to Galderma’s biologic therapies.

• Provide support, education, and access assistance to patients affected by prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis.

• Collaborate with US cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.

• Enhance the experience for both patients and accounts.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and address access challenges faced by patients prescribed Galderma products.

• Share information and education regarding patient support services and product access.

• Support strategic and tactical initiatives within the designated geographic area.

• Assist the Regional Sales Manager and 5–7 Account Managers.

• Comply with complex business rules to safeguard patient confidentiality and access to care.

• Serve as the escalation point for access issues in the field.

• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services teams.

• Work with Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services to facilitate a seamless patient journey.

• Act as a subject matter expert in minimizing non-clinical barriers to therapy access.

• Educate dermatology customers about Galderma patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs.

• Travel frequently to perform duties across customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in dermatology and/or biologics is preferred.

• At least 2 years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription-based products.

• Demonstrated success in launching new specialty products and overcoming complex access challenges.

• Knowledge of utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.

• Account management experience is preferred.

• Required cross-functional experience, with a proven history of collaboration and coordination.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of clearly articulating perspectives to leadership and external clients.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Confidence and ability to work effectively with a sense of urgency.

• Adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and quick pivoting capabilities.

• Proficient in English and MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations.
