This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Conduct comprehensive loss analysis reviews to protect the servicer’s assets and ensure adherence to insurer requirements.
• Analyze and counter insurer curtailments for government-insured filed claims, encompassing conveyance, claims for advances, loss mitigation, and non-conveyance claims.
• Execute quality control reviews for default claims, including supplemental claims to minimize loss exposure.
• Generate weekly, monthly, or management-requested claims loss analysis reports.
• Aid in the compilation of claims data for government claims audits.
• Examine audit findings and deliver rebuttal responses.
• Complete monthly write-offs of outstanding balances once all claims and supplemental funds have been received.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the claims department regarding compliance in claims filing.
• Communicate with vendors and site personnel.
• Act as a point of contact and liaison for invoicing and remittance policies and procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent and timely attendance and work the necessary hours to ensure success.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in disputing compensatory fees and curtailments, processing investor claims, auditing, and loss analysis reporting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and GSE claims guidelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence effectively.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, email, and internet software.
• Ability to meet critical departmental and federal timelines with precision and efficiency.
• Strong work ethic and business ethics.
• Comprehensive understanding of all government regulations related to claims filing and reimbursement.
• A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
