FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist local governments and private non-profit organizations in their recovery efforts from natural disasters by utilizing federal funding programs, particularly the FEMA PA program.

• Facilitate the administrative procedures of the recovery program by gathering documentation that includes damage reports, financial details, facility maintenance records, and other pertinent data.

• Guide clients in verifying that their expenses are eligible for funding in accordance with FEMA PA program policies, processes, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to utilize gathered information and aid in the development of project proposals, which includes the creation of FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).

• Participate in additional recovery initiatives beyond the FEMA PA program as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or in a capacity that directly supports the FEMA PA Program.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).

• Prior experience in financial analysis and reconciliation.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
