This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison with the FEMA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Oversee contract performance by ensuring quality assurance, quality control, adherence to schedules, and overall program execution.
• Create and deliver timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, which include technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and effort estimates.
• Organize staffing for Orders by appointing qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other essential personnel to fulfill Order needs.
• Coordinate contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities to guarantee timely and compliant execution.
• Prepare and submit necessary contract deliverables, reports, and documentation as per BPA requirements.
• Conduct monthly progress evaluations with the COR and communicate contract status, achievements, challenges, and corrective measures.
• Quickly respond to COR inquiries regarding discussions or resolutions for project concerns or technical issues within two hours of notification.
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Capability to obtain and maintain any Government-required facility access, credentials, or suitability determinations needed to support BPA Orders.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
