This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Offer operational support to account managers and field sales through the creation of quotes, tracking opportunities, managing pipeline/forecasting, and processing orders.
• Ensure compliance with government, customer, and seller specifications for orders, including DPAS ratings, deadlines, contract purchasing requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Services and Project Management teams on significant projects.
• Manage order processes for customer rollouts.
• Provide updates on order statuses, quotes, and other inquiries to sales team members.
• Engage proactively with customers concerning order statuses, quotes, and requests.
• Create and distribute product configurations and customer quotes utilizing online tools and V3Gate resources.
• Process orders using the V3Gate tool and ensure all tasks are completed.
• Train and mentor both new and existing team members.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant products, contracts, and business segment requirements.
• Seek out internal and external training opportunities and achieve Partner Product accreditation.
• Build reliable relationships with customers and act as a backup to Account Managers in their absence.
• Provide relevant information to clients and Account Managers.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with internal departments.
• Monitor and manage pipeline opportunities alongside sales and operational teams.
• Review RFQ and RFI submissions with sales and proposals/contracts teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
• Experience in supporting intricate technology quotes and orders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to different audience styles.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently and adjust to evolving business demands while meeting deadlines.

• Proven capability to undertake and successfully finish special projects.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any point in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Federal government sales, sales operations, VAR, OEM, distribution, or government contracting.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Ability to sit at a desk for a substantial portion of the day; occasional standing and mobility between office or operational sites.
