This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved punctually, within financial limits, and in accordance with program goals.
• Supervise project scope, resources, value propositions, technical methodologies, and communication with stakeholders.
• Introduce innovative strategies for revenue cycles, clinician solutions, and procurement in collaboration with the Federal Government.
• Manage the partnership between Federal Market Solutions and Government clients.
• Support the creation of proposals aimed at securing future Government contracts.
• Undertake other related ad hoc responsibilities that assist Solventum Federal Market Solutions.
• Be prepared to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with 7 years of experience in Commercial or Federal Project Management or software delivery; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in the same fields.
• Eligibility to pass a Government background check for a T3 Public Trust position.
• Familiarity with and knowledge of the federal government healthcare landscape, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Profound understanding of the Revenue Cycle and workflows related to Professional and Facility Coding.
• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of 3M 360 Encompass.
• Capacity to devise creative solutions, diplomatically manage challenging scenarios, and oversee multiple project streams and teams.
• A results-driven operational and strategic approach, coupled with strong organizational, prioritization, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in program management methodologies or possess PMP certification.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
