📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Supervise sub-consultants.

• Implement design standards for federal facilities, catering to both DoD and non-DoD agencies.

• Provide support for federal projects, with a preference for experience related to Navy projects.

• Direct teams and take proactive measures to surpass client expectations.

• Manage contract administration, project execution, and client relationships.

• Operate within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction firm, ideally with a focus on Federal clients (Navy experience is highly preferred).

• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.

• Professional Registration (PE or RA) is mandatory.

• Comprehensive understanding of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management.

• Familiarity with Federal contracting, procurement processes, and protocols.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software applications.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Occasional participation in meetings and off-site events; reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance are required.

• Must be capable of international travel if needed, with a passport or other official documentation.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal facilities may necessitate additional security credentials and the capability to secure a security clearance.
