This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Onboard new cities onto the platform by analyzing master plans, zoning regulations, and building codes, and converting urban planning criteria into system rules.

• Evaluate the accuracy of feasibility studies by comparing platform outcomes with those produced by architects (including area schedules and drawings) and identifying necessary adjustments.

• Suggest and confirm enhancements to optimal-result calculations and apartment designs.

• Record bugs and improvement suggestions for the development team and verify resolutions.

• Assist the Sales and Support teams with technical inquiries related to legislation and feasibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with registration with CAU or CREA.

• Proven experience in conducting feasibility or massing studies for real estate development.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting urban planning regulations (including floor area ratio, site coverage ratio, setbacks, height restrictions, and development rights charges).

• Understanding of financial feasibility (GDV, costs, and profit margin).

• Strong technology skills: advanced spreadsheet capabilities and a quick learner of software applications.

• Familiarity with programming, automation, or the integration of AI in the workplace.

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Industry Foundation Classes (IFC).

• Background in working across multiple states or municipalities.
