This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee coverage related to the Food and Drug Administration

• Document changes in biopharmaceutical regulations, clinical trial policies, compounding pharmacies, pharmaceuticals, and wellness

• Provide context for regulations

• Report breaking news on individuals and policy matters

• Highlight the dynamic relationship between industry and government

• Create a strategic vision for the FDA policy reporting beat

• Collaborate with Deputy Editor Lydia Ramsey Pflanzer and the pharma reporting team

• Operate independently in a digital-first setting

• Experience covering health policy

• Proven interest in biopharma

• Strong portfolio of writing samples with engaging content

• Exceptional reporting that surpasses competition

• Innovative ideas that define the beat

• Strategic vision for the FDA policy reporting beat

• Familiarity with Endpoints' mission and goals

• Ability to work independently in a digital-first environment

• Willingness to work East Coast hours

• Preference for candidates located in DC or those with a demonstrated ability to cover the agency remotely
