FBS Application Subject Matter Expert III – Power BI, Finance Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Produce Financial Reporting, Executive Dashboards, KPI Dashboards, and Operational Reporting solutions.

• Collaborate directly with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into reporting solutions.

• Connect, transform, and model data from SAP and other database systems.

• Support and maintain production reporting environments.

• Diagnose reporting, data quality, and system-related issues.

• Improve reporting capabilities through automation, AI, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.

• Foster continuous enhancements to reporting processes and platform functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, Application Development, or a related field.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 4-6 years of practical experience in Power BI development, including Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Dashboard and Report Development, and Data Visualization Best Practices.

• Experience with reporting environments and database platforms; SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Understanding of enterprise reporting architectures and data integration concepts.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.

• Exposure to GitHub or source control tools is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and reporting needs.

• Familiarity with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and business performance metrics.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to translate intricate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
