This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Act as the main strategic partner for clients, overseeing the performance narrative and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals, revenue enhancement, creative performance, customer acquisition efficiency, and retention.
• Collaborate with client teams in marketing, merchandising, and creative departments.
• Guide internal teams and foster trust with clients.
• Work alongside Project Managers to ensure timely execution.
• Partner with the Account Director on quarterly strategies and long-term growth plans.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and engage with Iris and nova on a daily basis.
• Lead or assist in weekly client calls while managing the performance narrative.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities.
• Monitor creative performance, audience fatigue, and cohort behavior.
• Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams around a cohesive account strategy.
• Support retention strategies, including repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
• Oversee seasonal campaign timing and creative velocity to identify execution risks.
• Aid in quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and service expansion discussions.
• Build and sustain client relationships, achieving at least 90% retention across accounts.
• Maintain a Pulse cadence at 100%.
• Contribute to team coaching and development, marketing strategy and execution, client retention, and client revenue growth.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Understanding the interplay between creative strategy and media strategy.
• Familiarity with the influencer and UGC ecosystem, including briefing, evaluating, and scaling campaigns.
• Comfort with DTC economics, such as CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and cohort behavior.
• Knowledge of Meta-heavy media mixes and associated measurement challenges, including creative fatigue, audience saturation, and incrementality.
• Experience in seasonal marketing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to translate performance data into a clear client narrative under time constraints.
• Proficiency in using AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
• Experience working with Iris and nova.
• Annual Power Circuit Certification is required.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
