This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Act as the key strategic partner for clients, overseeing the performance narrative and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are in line with business goals, revenue enhancement, creative effectiveness, customer acquisition efficiency, and retention.
• Collaborate with client teams across marketing, merchandising, and creative sectors.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and foster trust with clients.
• Conduct weekly client meetings for larger accounts and assist in PM-led discussions for smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly priorities for accounts.
• Monitor creative performance, audience fatigue, and cohort behaviors.
• Coordinate efforts among paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams to implement a cohesive account strategy.
• Assist in the retention strategy, focusing on repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanisms.
• Track the seasonal calendar and highlight any risks related to campaign timing or creative velocity.
• Support the Account Director in quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and discussions regarding service expansion.
• Establish and sustain strong client relationships, contributing to at least 90% retention across accounts.
• Engage daily with Iris and Nova, using performance data to proactively identify issues and maintain a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department.
• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing, with hands-on client relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of the interaction between creative strategy and media strategy.
• Familiarity with influencer and UGC ecosystems, including campaign briefing, evaluation, and scaling processes.
• Comfortable with DTC economics, encompassing CAC, LTV, repeat rates, and cohort behavior.
• Understanding of Meta-heavy media mixes and associated measurement challenges, such as creative fatigue, audience saturation, and incrementality.
• Experience in seasonal marketing contexts.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of translating performance data into a clear narrative for clients under time constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
