This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage a portfolio consisting of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Act as the main strategic partner for clients, taking ownership of performance narratives and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue growth, creative performance, customer acquisition efficiency, and retention efforts.
• Facilitate weekly client calls for larger accounts and assist PM-led calls for smaller accounts.
• Convert Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly priorities for accounts.
• Monitor creative performance, audience fatigue, and cohort behaviors.
• Coordinate efforts among paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams to develop a cohesive account strategy.
• Assist in retention strategies, focusing on repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
• Oversee seasonal campaign timing and manage execution risks.
• Support the Account Director in quarterly strategy sessions, renewal preparations, and discussions about service expansion.
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to boost account retention.
• Utilize Iris and nova daily, leveraging performance data to proactively identify issues.
• Apply AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Engage with Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.
• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing, with a focus on day-to-day client relationship management.
• Knowledge of the interplay between creative strategy and media strategy.
• Familiarity with the influencer and UGC ecosystem, including campaign briefing, assessment, and scaling.
• Comfortable with DTC economics, encompassing CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and cohort behaviors.
• Understanding of media mixes that are Meta-heavy and the associated measurement challenges such as creative fatigue, audience saturation, and incrementality.
• Experience in seasonal marketing settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
