This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Act as the main strategic partner for clients, taking ownership of performance narratives and pinpointing growth opportunities.
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals, revenue expansion, creative performance, customer acquisition efficiency, and retention.
• Collaborate with client teams in marketing, merchandising, and creative sectors.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and cultivate trusted relationships with clients.
• Facilitate weekly client calls for larger accounts and assist PM-led calls for smaller ones.
• Transform Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities.
• Monitor creative performance, audience fatigue, and cohort behavior.
• Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams around a cohesive account strategy.
• Support a retention strategy focusing on repeat purchase rates, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanisms.
• Keep track of seasonal campaign timing and creative velocity to identify execution risks.
• Assist with quarterly strategy, renewal preparations, and discussions on service expansion.
• Contribute to maintaining at least a 90% retention rate across accounts.
• Engage daily with Iris and nova, proactively identify performance issues, and uphold a 100% Pulse cadence.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing, with a focus on managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of the interaction between creative strategy and media strategy.
• Familiarity with influencer and UGC ecosystems, including campaign briefing, evaluation, and scaling processes.
• Comfortable with DTC economics, such as CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and cohort behavior.
• Understanding of Meta-heavy media mixes and associated measurement challenges, including creative fatigue, audience saturation, and incrementality.
• Experience in seasonal marketing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey performance data into a clear client narrative under time constraints.
