📋 Description

• Manage and expand the TikTok and Instagram fan pages for Run Monster Run.

• Identify captivating moments from animated episodes and transform them into shareable short-form videos.

• Edit and adapt existing content into engaging clips that attract attention and introduce new audiences to Run Monster Run.

• Engage with fans, initiate discussions, and promote interaction with the characters and narratives.

• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and fandom cultures.

• Experiment with hooks, captions, editing techniques, and various formats.

• Analyze performance metrics beyond just views and follower numbers, focusing on meaningful engagement, shares, comments, and repeat interactions.

• Establish a consistent posting schedule while ensuring content remains relevant to the show's audience.

• Practical experience in managing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts, preferably with a proven ability to grow an audience and foster strong engagement.

• A portfolio showcasing short-form edits, clips, Reels, or other social media-centric content that highlights creativity and the ability to capture attention.

• Strong intuition for recognizing compelling moments and converting them into engaging content.

• Solid grasp of internet culture, viral trends, and online fandoms.

• Audience-first approach prioritizing meaningful engagement over mere follower counts.

• Experience in growing fan pages, entertainment accounts, or social media profiles centered around existing shows, characters, celebrities, or other intellectual properties.

• A genuine passion for animation and animated series.

• A creative and proactive mindset towards testing new ideas, learning from results, and cultivating an engaged audience.
