This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate inpatient clinical documentation, which includes histories and physicals (H&Ps), progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Analyze documentation for clinical accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency with the patient encounter.

• Resolve ambiguous, conflicting, or inconsistent clinical information by applying sound medical judgment.

• Identify and classify clinically significant errors, omissions, and discrepancies based on their severity.

• Utilize structured review frameworks and quality criteria consistently across various cases.

• Provide clear, well-reasoned written justifications that support review decisions.

• Assist in enhancing documentation review guidelines and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid MD degree.

• Reside in the United States and hold a proper license to practice medicine in the U.S.

• Practical clinical experience in family medicine or primary care environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and patient management across various age demographics.

• Strong grasp of evidence-based clinical guidelines and standards of care.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to critically and consistently evaluate clinical information.
