Family Law Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and support case strategies by preparing discovery materials, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation preparations.

• Submit documents to the court and organize trial exhibits.

• Assist families in creatively resolving disputes outside of the courtroom.

• Demonstrate confidence and expertise in contested cases while ensuring clients remain calm and well-informed.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives and promote ongoing growth.

• Guide families through divorce and custody disputes, from strategic meetings to post-judgment client support.

• Over 10 years of experience in family law litigation.

• Practical, empathetic, and focused on client needs.

• Excels in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Proficient in Clio or similar legal software.

• Must reside in Texas.
