Bilingual Immigration Paralegal, Declarations Writer – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Drafting and obtaining client declarations

• Preparing mid-level legal packets, which include cover letters, correspondence, and forms, while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical organization based on templates and case specifics

• Conducting research and gathering information

• Learning and implementing internal procedures

• Communicating with clients

• Engaging in collaborative teamwork

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)

• At least 6 months of experience handling humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)

• Proficiency in taking declarations and drafting legal documents

• Basic understanding of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows

• Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

• Strong command of writing style, grammar, syntax, and legal formatting

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Excellent client communication skills characterized by clarity, empathy, and professionalism

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to swiftly learn new processes, workflows, and legal concepts

• Client-centric attitude with sensitivity towards humanitarian cases

• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to organize information logically
