This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with families and care partners regarding access, affordability, and reimbursement processes for BridgeBio’s commercial skeletal dysplasia product.
• Inform families and care partners about access, affordability, and reimbursement procedures.
• Raise awareness of the family support program and carry out activities for new product launches.
• Collaborate with the Director of Family Access Managers and internal teams on patient services objectives and brand strategies.
• Offer family-oriented access and affordability assistance for infigratinib.
• Ensure a compliant and positive patient experience with BridgeBio stakeholders.
• Assess and implement family access initiatives within a designated geographic region.
• Address access and affordability concerns through phone or in-person interactions.
• Provide access support among consented families, hubs, pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support organizations.
• Coordinate follow-ups on missing information with the hub partner.
• Manage relationships between ForgingBridges and consented patients.
• Onboard new families to ForgingBridges and oversee program status updates.
• Oversee information and communication processes with families.
• Work alongside Patient Advocacy and participate in advocacy meetings and events.
• Conduct in-person educational sessions for families and care partners.
• Report compliant insights and findings to Brand Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Handle protected health information in accordance with BridgeBio policy.
• Attend national sales meetings, conferences, and regional events as necessary.
• Develop and implement tactical access plans and role metrics.
• Provide strategic and tactical insights for ongoing improvement.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Report to the Director of Family Access Managers.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Biotech/Pharma, with a preference for patient services, market access, and hub experience.
• Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proven ability to build rapport with families and care partners confidently.
• A solid foundation and experience in patient support programs, including copay and cost-sharing programs, affordability design, and hub models for medical and pharmacy benefit products.
• Understanding of the complexities of the specialty market, including buy and bill, retail market, reimbursement/access challenges, and OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for patient support programs.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to devise effective strategies and tactics for patient access.
• Superior communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills necessary for effective contributions to cross-functional teams.
• Previous FAM/PAL experience is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented to create and manage program documentation.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with families, patients, and key decision-makers.
• Domestic travel of 40-60% is required, regionally and intermittently across the U.S.
