This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Focus on key account Fall Protection opportunities in the Virginia market.

• Oversee Fall Protection penetration among major end-user and distributor clients.

• Deliver regional Fall Protection training and support to internal core sales teams and external customers using a Fall Protection demonstration vehicle.

• Aid in the creation of training programs and materials alongside Training Managers.

• Help prioritize essential new Fall Protection products.

• Operate a company vehicle.

• Travel up to 25% within the Virginia region.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

• Follow safety protocols, identify hazards, and contribute to ongoing EHS improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher with seven (7) years of experience in Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products.

• OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with three (3) years of experience in Fall Protection and/or Safety industry products.

• Current, valid Driver’s License.

• Five (5) years of sales experience.

• Familiarity with Fall Protection product categories.

• Experience in the Safety Industry and with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Proven track record of selling through Industrial and Construction Distribution.

• Experience in selling PPE to end-user companies.

• Capability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
