Faculty Information Systems Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee faculty activity reporting, annual reviews, and promotion & tenure processes.

• Configure FIS platforms along with their integrations with SIS/HRIS.

• Plan for data migration and reporting related to accreditation.

• Provide training for faculty and administrative staff.

• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narratives to AlphaGov proposals when authorized by naming.

• Work on ongoing higher education initiatives for a public university that is acquiring a faculty information system for activity reporting, annual reviews, and electronic promotion and tenure dossiers.

• Confirm the scope, schedule, and fee with AlphaGov prior to the start of any engagement.

• Engage as a project-based collaborator in remote-first settings, with occasional travel to client sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in implementing faculty information systems within higher education.

• Familiarity with Watermark Faculty Success, Interfolio, Elements, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• Experience with accreditation reporting, specifically SACSCOC.

• Background in academic affairs.

• Experience integrating with Banner or Workday systems.
