This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage spatial planning requirements in both corporate and branch offices.
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise the establishment and opening of new branches.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of branch office relocations, expansions, and renovations.
• Perform post-implementation assessments on facilities projects.
• Enhance and support the efficiency of space utilization in branch offices.
• Create processes and maintain communication for facilities-related activities.
• Enforce brand standards during acquisitions, expansions, and renovations.
• Act as the main point of contact for the management of facility access systems.
• Oversee the storage of media assets.
• Document processes and procedures related to facilities.
• Coordinate and assist with projects designated by the Facilities Director.
• Manage budgets for facilities acquisition and projects.
• Estimate costs associated with facilities projects.
• Gather feedback from branch offices and formulate resolution plan recommendations for senior management's review.
• Serve as the liaison between Wealth Enhancement and building management at each site.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure that work meets established standards.
• Develop and sustain relationships with vendors.
• Function as the purchasing agent with vendors.
• Oversee construction, installation of equipment, renovation, and redesign projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities planning or project management.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage projects, using judgment to achieve goals.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in leading and directing the work of others.
• Professional insight regarding design, construction, development, or installation; familiarity with relevant concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in supervising construction, equipment installation, renovation, and redesign projects while adhering to timelines, costs, and contract requirements.
• Competence in providing recommendations to senior management regarding design modifications, equipment specifications, purchasing, and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required software.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
