This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated projects, steering them towards successful completion.
• Oversee multiple facilities and capital projects from the planning stage through to project closeout.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, dashboards, risks, action items, and executive reporting utilizing Smartsheet.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Organize tenant improvements, renovations, warehouse modifications, relocations, and the opening of new branches.
• Examine construction drawings and coordinate the provision of owner-furnished equipment, including furniture, racking, IT, security, access control, signage, and specialized equipment.
• Forge relationships with architects, engineers, landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits during construction and oversee the completion of punch lists.
• Assist with CapEx documentation, budget oversight, invoice review, cost forecasting, and value engineering.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Purchasing, Security, and Warehouse Operations to ensure readiness for operations.
• Compile executive project updates that emphasize schedule, budget, risks, and significant decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, closeout packages, warranties, and turnover documents.
• Establish standardized project templates, checklists, and processes.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities & Operational Readiness Manager or Operations leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five (5) years of experience managing multiple concurrent commercial construction, facilities, or capital improvement projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating tenant improvements, renovations, branch openings, or industrial/warehouse projects.
• Strong grasp of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• May occasionally be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Travel throughout Texas and surrounding markets (approximately 20–30%) as needed.
