Facilities Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all technical operations on designated projects in a tactical manner.

• Organize, schedule, execute, and supervise engineering tasks to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and established engineering practices.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration among various disciplines and project stakeholders.

• Ensure that the activities of assigned personnel align with the overall project goals and timelines.

• Track project progress, quality, and compliance with set standards.

• Manage project financials, including precise invoicing and tracking of receivables.

• Direct engineering, facilities, and maintenance-related capital projects within the hotel portfolio.

• Coordinate HVAC replacements in hotels, guest room renovations, equipment upgrades, and building systems initiatives.

• Monitor CapEx budgets across various properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in a consulting engineering setting.

• In-depth understanding of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; preference for Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.

• Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.

• Must not require sponsorship for an international visa.
