This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee, innovate, and establish standards for the development and enhancement of Healthcare + Products and their associated product suites.
• Act as a subject matter expert in at least one service line, which may include Chemicals, System Automation/Innovation, FFP, or Mobile Medical Equipment.
• Facilitate training for Aramark programs, both virtually and onsite.
• Collaborate with approved vendors regarding equipment, supplies, and products.
• Provide national support for the computerized maintenance management system, encompassing operation, development, upgrades, enhancements, and training.
• Assist with onsite services at current facilities and during mobilizations.
• Support Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during the mobilization of new facility management.
• Assess operating program standards, measure performance, and suggest operational enhancements.
• Prepare operational and budget tracking in conjunction with mobilization Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Portfolio leaders to ensure the success of accounts.
• Pilot and implement new systems and technologies.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for every service line.
• Represent the Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of technology, programs, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Facilities resources.
• Assist in technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities frontline managers and staff.
• Carry out compliance audits that cover client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, local, state, and federal regulations, as well as financial obligations.
• Aid in new facility sales efforts through business surveys and the development of business models.
• Support retention efforts for facilities programs.
• Document observations and recommendations through formal reports for both client and internal audiences.
• Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and engage in Aramark SAFE practices.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards, compliance reporting, and Business Conduct Policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field.
• Preference for experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
• Preferred professional associations include AHE, ASHE, ALM, or the ability to secure them.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards is beneficial.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills for both customers and internal clients.
• Proficient training abilities for both technical and classroom settings.
• Skilled in report writing and crafting policies and procedures.
• Excellent listening capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.

• Exceptional financial and data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Expected to travel up to 70% of the time.
