
Facilities Product Manager – Chemicals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee, innovate, and establish standards for the development and enhancement of Healthcare + Products and product suites.
• Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as chemicals, system automation/innovation, FFP, or other designated programs, as well as mobile medical equipment.
• Facilitate Aramark programs through both virtual and onsite training sessions.
• Collaborate with Aramark-approved vendors to procure equipment, supplies, and products.
• Provide national support for the operation, upgrades, enhancements, and training of the computerized maintenance management system.
• Assist with onsite services at existing facilities and during facility mobilizations.
• Aid Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during the mobilization of new facility management.
• Assess operational program standards, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements for operations.
• Prepare operational and budget trackers in conjunction with mobilization Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Portfolio leaders across various accounts.
• Pilot and implement both new and existing systems and technologies.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for service lines.
• Represent the Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of technology, programs, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Facilities resources.
• Assist in technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities front-line managers and staff.
• Conduct compliance audits in relation to client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, and local, state, and federal regulations, as well as financial obligations.
• Support new-facility sales initiatives through business surveys and business-model development.
• Contribute to facilities-program retention efforts.
• Document observations and recommendations in formal reports.
• Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and engage in Aramark SAFE practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, operating standards, Compliance Reporting, and Business Conduct Policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field.
• Preferred experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
• Preferred membership in a professional association such as AHE, ASHE, or ALM, or the ability to secure it.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and surveys.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for both customers and internal clients.
• Proficient in training for technical and classroom sessions.
• Adept at report writing and creating policies and procedures.
• Outstanding listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Strong management skills.
• Exceptional financial and data analysis and interpretation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 70% of the time.
