
Facilities Product Manager – Automation, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee, innovate, and establish standards for the development and enhancement of Healthcare + Products and product suites.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Chemicals, System Automation/Innovation, FFP or other designated programs, and/or Mobile Medical Equipment.
• Cultivate relationships with external suppliers and developers.
• Assist internal regions and accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes.
• Facilitate Aramark programs through both virtual and onsite training.
• Serve as a liaison to Aramark-approved vendors for equipment, supplies, and products.
• Provide national support for the computerized maintenance management system, including its operation, development, upgrades, enhancements, and training.
• Support onsite services at current facilities and during mobilizations.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during new facility management mobilizations.
• Assess operating program standards, evaluate performance, and suggest operational improvements.
• Prepare operational and budget trackers in conjunction with mobilization Project Managers.
• Partner with Portfolio leaders across various accounts.
• Pilot and implement both new and existing systems and technologies.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each service line.
• Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of new technology, programs, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Facilities resources.
• Aid in technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities front-line managers and employees.
• Conduct compliance audits pertaining to client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations.
• Assist in new facility sales efforts through business surveys and business model development.
• Support facilities programs in specific retention efforts.
• Document insights and recommendations through formal reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and engage in Aramark SAFE practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations, as well as Aramark operating standards, compliance reporting, and Business Conduct Policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field.
• Preference given to candidates with Healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
• Professional associations such as AHE, ASHE, or ALM are preferred, or the ability to secure them.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills for both customers and internal clients.
• Proficient in training for technical and classroom sessions.
• Skilled in report writing and drafting policies and procedures.
• Exceptional listening capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
