Facilitator, Programs – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain partnerships with school districts and educational agencies across various states.

• Cultivate strong relationships with partners to ensure effective service delivery.

• Act as the primary liaison between aiEDU and partner school districts.

• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership.

• Customize offerings to meet the unique needs of each district.

• Sustain senior-level partner relationships focused on AI Readiness strategies and AI Literacy.

• Oversee partnership services, including professional development training, working groups, PLCs/communities of practice, and curriculum support.

• Work with the Learning Team and other internal teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

• Manage data collection and reporting for partnerships, including funder or grant reporting.

• Partner with Learning, External, and Operations teams.

• Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the organization.

• Report to the Regional Director of National Programs, with project-specific oversight from relevant regional Senior Leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in education and/or educational technology.

• Background in working at a school district or educational agency.

• Proven ability in building relationships with educators at all levels.

• Familiarity and experience with AI and AI Readiness in school districts and/or state-level entities.

• Capability to facilitate adult learning in impactful and meaningful ways.

• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently turn projects into deliverables.

• Proficient in presenting information in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.

• Excellent collaborative skills, particularly in working effectively with a team of peers and across departments.

• Innovative mindset and a propensity for experimentation, particularly in AI.

• Understanding of the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for schools, AI Literacy, and/or Digital Literacy.

• Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

• Must complete necessary employment eligibility verification.
