Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately two weeks of virtual training for new hires, which includes around 10 comprehensive training days.

• Present established training materials, such as customer service scripts, compliance guidelines, and fundamental Medicare concepts.

• Facilitate dynamic virtual sessions for groups of up to 50 adult learners.

• Establish a well-organized, supportive, and interactive virtual classroom atmosphere.

• Oversee questions, participation levels, and the overall dynamics of the classroom.

• Address challenging, disruptive, or exceptionally energetic adult learners effectively.

• Emphasize key concepts and assist learners in integrating information into their customer service roles.

• Collaborate with internal training coordinators and other facilitators.

• Engage in onboarding, facilitator preparation, content evaluation, and technology/link verifications.

• Maintain proactive communication with the project team regarding learner inquiries, challenges, or concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering virtual instructor-led training (vILT).

• Strong skills in managing virtual classrooms with adult learners.

• Experience in facilitating larger groups, ideally comprising 30–50+ participants.

• Capability to professionally handle challenging or disruptive learners.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to rapidly learn and confidently convey new subject matter.

• Basic understanding of Medicare and healthcare terminology.

• Availability to work within the Eastern Time Zone during the designated training hours.

• Comfort in collaborating with internal coordinators and fellow facilitators.

• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, Medicare, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
