This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold short- and mid-term supply strategies that correspond with customer demands and network capabilities.

• Balance production needs across Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and radiopharmacies to enhance supply reliability.

• Align customer demand with the available manufacturing and pharmacy capacities.

• Identify potential gaps and limitations while fostering alignment with External Manufacturing and Operations teams.

• Collaborate with External Manufacturing Leaders, Customer Supply Excellence, and Pharmacy Operations teams to ensure the feasibility of plans.

• Assist in prioritization decisions during instances of supply constraints.

• Maintain oversight of network capacity, utilization, and supply vulnerabilities.

• Produce planning insights and reports to facilitate operational decision-making.

• Develop contingency supply strategies to mitigate disruptions in production or logistics.

• Enhance planning processes, tools, and data accuracy throughout the network.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or operations.

• Preferred experience in regulated manufacturing or healthcare settings.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of supply chain planning principles (demand, capacity, allocation).

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, execution-focused environment.

• Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.

• The ideal candidate should be located in the Eastern or Central time zones of the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Willingness to undergo a drug screening, if applicable.
