Exterior Contract Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Review and validate sales contracts for accuracy, completeness, feasibility, and scope of work.

• Confirm contracts with clients and transition sold jobs into production.

• Initiate production processes through approved and documented material ordering procedures.

• Include necessary material lists when applicable.

• Collaborate with Sales on contract amendments or updates.

• Order authorized materials following internal protocols.

• Identify and schedule pre-install inspections when necessary.

• Assist Production Managers in choosing suitable products and processes.

• Provide prompt product information to HICs to aid in job sales.

• Monitor contract-related issues and report them to trainers and management.

• Secure departmental approval for alternative installation methods when required.

• Foster professional relationships with sales and production leadership.

• Experience or capability to assess sales contracts for completeness, accuracy, feasibility, and scope of work.

• Skill in coordinating with Sales when amendments or updates are necessary.

• Proficiency in ordering authorized materials in accordance with internal processes.

• Ability to identify and schedule pre-install inspections as required.

• Competence in tracking and reporting contract issues to trainers and management.

• Capacity to establish communication loops with sales management and maintain thorough error tracking.

• Ability to assist Production Managers with decisions related to products and processes.

• Proficient in communicating professionally with sales and production leadership.
