Expert Advisor – Residential & Commercial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client content projects for precision in residential and commercial services.

• Confirm the accuracy of project details relevant to the industry.

• Identify areas or points that need further clarification.

• Suggest modifications for writers and editors to execute.

• Assist in ensuring that client content is informative, factually correct, and comprehensible to the intended audience.

• Collaborate with the project management team to align workload with scheduling capabilities.

• Accept or reject projects within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Complete reviews of accepted projects within 48 hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience in residential and commercial services is essential.

• One or more of the following skills, licenses, or certifications is preferred: Qualified Elevator Inspector, Certified Elevator Technician, IDEA, OSHA-10 safety training certification, General Contractor License, NASP certification, CCM, CPC, PMP, PRMP, PSP, LEED AP, or a valid professional certification from a relevant board.

• Experience related to mechanical services is advantageous.

• Knowledge of garage doors, elevator/lift systems, water treatment, safety, or comparable home services is requested where applicable.

• Availability for flexible scheduling and 2–4 hours of remote work per week.

• Ability to confidently commit to 4 hours per week; initial workload is approximately 1–2 hours weekly.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Capability to convey complex ideas in an easily understandable way.

• Projects must be accepted or declined within 48 hours.

• Reviews of accepted projects must be finalized within 48 hours.

• Application should include college graduation details, GPA, certifications, current employment, and location.
