This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute vulnerability research employing a variety of methodologies and strategies.
• Create proof-of-concept exploits for identified vulnerabilities.
• Overcome contemporary exploit mitigations.
• Concentrate on a designated target set within an established platform team, which may include Android, iOS, Browsers, Hypervisors, or Embedded Systems.
• Analyze intricate topics to determine methodologies, pinpoint significant vulnerabilities, investigate root causes, and formulate proof-of-concepts.
• Disseminate knowledge and discoveries with the broader VRED team.
• Engage in and facilitate workshops and additional team initiatives.
• Collaborate both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development.
• Capability to navigate complex subjects, select appropriate methods, discover impactful vulnerabilities, investigate root causes, and create proof-of-concepts.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for learning, deconstructing, and addressing new challenges and problems.
• Ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative environment.
• Must be a permanent resident and currently reside in the USA.
• No formal education or certifications required.
