Experienced Vulnerability Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute vulnerability research utilizing a variety of methodologies and techniques.

• Create proof-of-concept exploits for identified vulnerabilities.

• Overcome contemporary exploit mitigations.

• Become a member of a well-established platform team concentrating on a preferred target set, which may include Android, iOS, browsers, hypervisors, or embedded systems.

• Acquire and apply essential knowledge for the role.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by sharing insights and discoveries.

• Engage in and facilitate workshops and other team-related activities.

• Work in conjunction with the broader VRED team.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal education or certifications are necessary.

• Experience in one or more areas such as vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development.

• Capability to reason through intricate topics, select appropriate approaches, identify significant vulnerabilities, analyze root causes, and create proof-of-concepts.

• A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for learning new concepts, disassembling items, and addressing new challenges and problems.

• Ability to work autonomously while also being highly collaborative.

• Must be a permanent resident and currently reside in the UK.
