Experienced Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse payroll portfolio consisting of multiple agreements.

• When applicable, gather payroll variables from clients, validate them, and input them into the system.

• Generate and distribute payslips, handling approximately 500 payroll entries each month.

• Prepare final payroll statements and settlement documents for terminations.

• Administer and supervise employee files, including DPAE (pre-employment declaration), creation of employee profiles in payroll software, and management of leave, sick leave, various certificates, and benefits and insurance documentation.

• Execute payroll and social contribution adjustments.

• Conduct monthly and annual audits independently, adhering to established protocols.

• Submit the DSN (Social Data Declaration).

• Work under the guidance of a Payroll Supervisor and a Senior Payroll Specialist.

• Assist clients with their payroll administration within the Payroll and Employee Administration Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a two-year post-secondary qualification.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a corporate environment or at an accounting/payroll firm.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, initiative, independence, customer relationship abilities, and a spirit of teamwork.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Interest in HR information systems (HRIS) and related tools.

• Essential proficiency in Silae.

• Familiarity with another payroll software solution is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of English is an asset.
