Experienced Paralegal – Business Immigration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Enhance your knowledge of US Immigration Law through resources and training provided by the firm.

• Gain insights into the requirements and case processing for H-1B, TN, B, and L non-immigrant visas.

• Draft and organize necessary forms and documents as instructed by the Team Manager.

• Liaise with clients regarding visa instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages in collaboration with attorneys and senior team members.

• Support legal and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes.

• Manage and organize government correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notices, and requests for evidence.

• Accurately and consistently enter data into internal data management systems.

• Participate in additional projects as assigned by the Team Manager or attorney.

• Prepare and file cases for both non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic performance.

• 3-5 years of experience in business immigration law is mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, critical, and quantitative thinking abilities.

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to effectively use office software.

• Openness to adapt to and embrace technological advancements in the office.

• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly.

• A cover letter, resume, and writing sample are required as part of the application process.
