This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in CĂ´te d'Ivoire.
• Drive the expansion of Tether’s growth and influence in Côte d’Ivoire by promoting its solutions, products, and services.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within Côte d’Ivoire and the Francophone region.
• Establish and oversee commercial and strategic partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and large corporations in Ivory Coast.
• Cultivate robust relationships with partners, customers, stakeholders, regulators, government bodies, and industry organizations.
• Develop a pipeline of USDt integration opportunities within the payment ecosystems of Francophone countries.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for Tether’s offerings.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate and enhance market strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, threats, and growth prospects.
• Analyze USDt and fiat flows for informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on the business.
• Represent the company at significant meetings and industry events.
• Support and engage in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to boost brand visibility.
• Travel frequently, both locally and internationally.
• A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of the Francophone market, its culture, and regulations related to blockchain, fintech, finance, remittances, and payments.
• Established relationships with BCEAO and national central banks across WAEMU.
• 7-10 years of experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, and/or payment infrastructures; experience in telecom or banking is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and French (native proficiency preferred).
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in setting and monitoring KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience in partnerships, KPI oversight, and business expansion.
• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in project management.
• Proactive, independent, and highly organized in work approach.
• Ability to excel autonomously in dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-evolving environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
