This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Serve as the main post-order contact for major strategic clients.
• Manage the customer relationship throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Identify and address risks, escalations, and changes in scope.
• Coordinate efforts among project engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, and regional execution teams.
• Gather, verify, and communicate technical, commercial, and logistical needs.
• Act as the customer execution lead for decision-making and resolving issues.
• Supervise equipment order readiness, factory intake, production coordination, release, storage, staging, shipment planning, field deployment, and handoff.
• Ensure that storage, handling, and shipping requirements align with internal standards and customer-specific commitments.
• Confirm that technical, commercial, regulatory, and customer-specific documentation is complete and delivered punctually.
• Collaborate with quality teams to meet or exceed customer expectations and quality standards.
• Promote uniformity in execution practices across various projects and regions.
• Identify process deficiencies, inefficiencies, and execution risks.
• Provide structured feedback and support the establishment of repeatable best practices for complex data center programs.
• Extensive experience in managing large, complex, customer-facing projects or programs, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, HVAC, or industrial equipment settings.
• Strong leadership and coordination capabilities across engineering, operations, logistics, sales, and field execution teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value customer relationships and act as a trusted point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Experience in overseeing projects from order intake through manufacturing, shipment, deployment, and final handoff.
• Solid understanding of project execution disciplines, including risk management, escalation handling, schedule coordination, and quality assurance.
• Capability to manage technical, commercial, and logistical requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, particularly regarding documentation, compliance, and execution readiness.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively across regions and ensure consistency in execution for complex customer programs.
