Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, including addressing client concerns.

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and former clients.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and additional documents to evaluate financing eligibility.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the value of Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on home purchasing, refinancing, and mortgage management.

• Create, grow, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referrals and revenue.

• Deliver outstanding service to both referral sources and clients.

• Remain updated on product offerings, qualifying criteria, and process modifications.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is required.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Proven ability to secure referrals and generate lead volume.

• Strong communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A strong desire to work and grow within an entrepreneurial environment.
