Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, addressing any concerns they may have.

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources and other professionals to promote the Rocket brand and assist clients in securing real estate financing.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and identify the most suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other relevant documents to determine financing eligibility.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources while promoting the advantages of collaborating with Rocket Mortgage.

• Provide advice and education to clients regarding home-buying, refinancing, and effective mortgage management.

• Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referrals and revenue streams.

• Deliver exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage products, qualification criteria, and changes in processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to aid in business development and lead acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is essential.

• Possession of state and federal licenses is required.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A passion for working and advancing in an entrepreneurial setting.
