Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the entire loan process from application to closing, addressing any client concerns that arise.

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, friends, family, and past clients.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, and property documents to confirm financing eligibility.

• Nurture mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and advise clients on home purchasing, refinancing, and mortgage management strategies.

• Establish, grow, and maintain a personal book of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Keep abreast of product offerings, qualification criteria, and changes in processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to foster business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination is essential.

• Must possess state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A strong desire to thrive and evolve in an entrepreneurial setting.
