Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing, while addressing any client concerns.

• Foster and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and identify suitable loan products.

• Assess credit, employment, income, assets, and property documentation to determine eligibility for financing.

• Develop relationships with mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of working with Rocket Mortgage.

• Provide advice and education to clients on home-buying, refinancing, and effective mortgage management.

• Create, nurture, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver high-quality client service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Keep abreast of Rocket Mortgage's product offerings, qualifying criteria, and any changes in processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to support business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong skills in professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and grow in an entrepreneurial setting.
